My Approach
Healing isn’t a technique to me—it’s about meeting you where you are. We sit with your story, your body, your energy, and listen for what wants to shift. I draw from old wisdom and modern tools, but the heart of it is simple: creating space for you to feel whole again.
Compassion as North Star
Most of us carry things we don’t show the world. In my work, compassion is the constant. It’s what lets you exhale, soften, and know you don’t have to perform here. Healing starts when you feel seen without judgment.
Intuition as Guide
You’ve probably felt it—those nudges, that knowing that doesn’t come from logic. I pay attention to that in every session. Sometimes it shows up as sensing tension in your body, sometimes as a sudden image or phrase. Following intuition often leads us straight to what’s been waiting to be released.
Understanding as Bridge
We all come with our own history—family patterns, quiet grief, old defenses. When I say “understanding,” I mean really honoring the truth of your path. No fixing, no labels. Just recognition. That’s the bridge that lets real connection and healing happen.
Whole-Being Healing
Stress might show up in your shoulders, or fear in your stomach, or old stories looping in your mind. They’re all connected. So I work with body, mind, and spirit together—through energy healing, assisted stretching, and mindful presence. The goal is balance that actually lasts, not just a temporary relief.
Empowering Your Journey
My role isn’t to be the hero of your story—it’s to walk alongside you. I’ll share tools and insights, but ultimately, the healing belongs to you. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling stronger in your own voice, your own choices, your own skin.
